How it works...It's pretty simple!

Step 1: Join the VIP Babysitting Service!

Contact our Agency to request our Registration form. Complete and return the form with credit card informtion. You are now ready to book your sitters as needed.

STEP 2: Booking your Sitter

Contact the agency with your request for a sitter at least 24 hours before you need your sitter to arrive. The best way to do this is via email or phone call. The agency will then confirm your sitter via email and will send to you a brief bio on your sitter, including education and work experience if she is new to you. You may request a sitter you have used in the past and we will make every effort to send her if she is available. All Emergency Reservations made on the same day as use will be charged a $25 Emergency Fee. Ex: Call on Saturday morning to reserve a sitter for Saturday evening, you will be charged same day use fee.

STEP 3: At Your Booking

The Sitter will arrive bring a tote full of fun, age appropriate games, toys and crafts. It's recommend that you have written instructions to give to the sitter with pertinent information, such as any allergies your child may have, or any special instructions you would like her to follow. Our sitters will be dressed in a Pink OLA t-shirt.

STEP 4: After Your Booking

Upon your return, the sitter will review the sit with you.  All sitter fees will be charged to the credit card on file once the sitter has confirmed her hours.You may pay her a cash tip now or requst that we put that on the credit card, if you feel a tip is warrented. If you need to cancel your reservation, please call at least 6 hours in advance to avoid being billed for the full 4 hours (based on the number of children to be cared for). Holiday rates are subject to increase. See contract for all terms and fees.
