How Do You Book A Babysitter?

                                              It’s simple!

STEP 1: Booking a Sitter

Complete the registration form linked below or contact our agency for our Registration form. We prefer a 24 hour notice for all Sitter bookings. If you need a sitter today, please call our office to confirm availability.

STEP 2: At Your Booking

The sitter will then arrive at your hotel or vacation home dressed in a Pink or Black OLA t-shirt armed with a goodie bag full of toys, cratfs and other age appropriate activities. Children will remain in the hotel room unless written permission is given by the parent or legal guardian. Permission can be given at the time of registration.  They will assist withbath, bed and  meal times if needed.

STEP 3: After Your Booking

Our Loving Arms charges a rate of $20 per hour for the first child and $2 more per additional child. There is a 4-hour minimum for all In-Room Sitter Services. At this time, we only accept major credit cards for this service and payment is charged once the sitter confirms her total hours. Reservations made with less than a 6 hours notice, or outside of our regular business hours, will be assessed an additional $25.00 same day fee. Families wishing to share a Sitter will be charged a $25 "Share" fee. Once we receive your booking submission we will call you to confirm the details and get your credit card inforamtion.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call at least 6 hours in advance to avoid being billed for the full 4 hours ($80+, depending on nunber of children to be cared for). Same day booking cancellations will be charged the full 4 hours if the sitter is canceled after agency has confirmed the sitter with the family.
