How it works...It's pretty simple!

STEP 1: Booking your Sitter

Contact the agency with your request for a sitter(s) at least 3 weeks before your event. The best way to do this is by cllicking on the link below and submitting our request form. The agency email you our contract. Complete and return that contract. We will then confirm your sitters and other details with you one week before the event. We will contact the venue to confirm space, TV, meal plan, etc. We will send you a registration form for each parent to complete on their child. This form must be returned no later than 3 days before the event.

STEP 2: At Your Booking

The Sitters will arrive one hour before the event with all of the toys,  crafts, etc for set up. They will allow children in the room once set-up is complete. Sitters will help with feeding the children if needed during the event. Our sitters will be dressed in a Pink OLA t-shirt. Sitters stay approximately 30 minutes after the last child leaves to clean and pack up the room. We always leave our area cleaner than we found it! 

STEP 3: After Your Booking

 All sitter fees will be charged to the credit card on file once the sitters have confirmed their hours. If you need to cancel your reservation, please call at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being billed for the full 4 hours (based on the number of sitters booked).  See contract for all terms and fees.
