Housekeeping Services

Permanent Housekeepers


When you wish to hire a one housekeeper or household assisant who works a regular Full or Part time schedule in your home, we call this a permanent placement. You will complete our family housekeeping application packet, interview qualified candidates and hire the person of your choosing. You provide detailed weekly or daily assignments for your employee. Most housekeepers will preform the following duties:

  • Full Home Cleaning
  • Laundry/Ironing
  • Organization and Home Management
  • Errands
  • Grocery Shopping
  • Meal Prep and/or Cooking
  • Overseeing other vendors

All permanet placemenet candidates go through a rigorous background screening process that includes: Criminal History, Driving History, Social Security/Work Visa Verification, Sex Offender/Abuse Registry searches and Reference screening. Families may order additional screenings such as Credit History and Drug Testing for a nominal fee.

Housekeeping On-Call Registry


When you don't need a housekeeper every day, or even every week...

Have an unexpected guest coming to stay or an upcoming social event at your home and you just don’t have the time to get ready? No worries...Our Housekeeping Registry provides the perfect solution! By becoming a registered member, you gain access to a number of highly qualified housekeepers ready to assist you on a monents notice.  There is a $99.95 annual fee to join and the hourly rate is $25 with a three (3) hour minimum. 


STEP 1: Join the Registry

Contact our office to request our Registrtation paperwork. Complete and return the paperwork with credit card information. You are now ready to book your housekeeper as needed.

STEP 2: Booking a Housekeeper

Contact the agency with your request for a housekeeper at least 24 hours before you need her to arrive. The housekeeper’s resume, including her  work experience will be emailed to you to confirm your reservation. Reservations made outside of our normal Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm operating hours will be charged a $25 after-hour fee.

STEP 2: At Your Booking

The housekeeper will arrive dressed in an Pink OLA t-shirt. Please have on hand written information pertaining to the care you need for your home. Families are required to supply their own cleaning supplies.

STEP 3: After Your Booking

The credit card on file will be charged for the confirmed hours once your Housekeeper has completed the job, a 3-hour minimum required. If you need to cancel your reservation, please call at least 4 hours in advance to avoid being billed for the full 3 hours ($75). Holiday rates are subject to increase.

We recently moved into our new home and just didn't want to have to bother with cleaning our rental. So we decided to hire a housekeeper through Our Loving Arms. We gave them vertually no notice, litterlly 2 hours. Alexis showed up, had a great spirit about her and went about cleaning as if she'd been in our home many times. We were thrilled with how detailed and thorough she was, evening cleaning the tops of the kitchen cabinets. I would highly reccomend Our Loving Arms and their cleaning staff!
